Thread: Faction perk business dead?

There's no demand for Rebel faction perks on my server (Intrepid). The only time people want Rebel faction perks, is for the Rebel Marine backpack, and sometimes the Marine boots, but otherwise, not at all.
No Rebels want to put up base deeds because they don't want to lose it to a ninja-raid (due to the base vuln time shifting bug, which they still haven't fixed). And putting up turrets just means they'll get cleared out at 3 AM pacific time.
If you want to be profitable as a faction perk guy on my server, it looks like you gotta be an Imperial human. People still buy ST armor and imperial faction furniture like hotcakes, and people always want imperial fps for AT-ST's (to bump up mission difficulty).

I'd be willing as soon as I rank to Colonel. Less than 6000 faction away from it right now.
As for tells to Master Smugglers on Lowca, dunno about anyone else, but I never recieve any, or when I'm running about with Slicer.

in lowca very good now ..almost everyday i got tell about faction selling(base (most time bhs), armor, furniture( idont know but one guy askedme last week), mines are good(more cheaper than ws))...selling fp is pain i dont do for 100cr ..min 130cr...in lowca (ithink everywhere same) hard to find master smuggler if u find they dont care u they dont even aswer ur tells...they dont slice they dont sell fp(low rank or time for fp buying)... after this delay i think lats of smuggler quit ( like me im going to do that) or change profesion...we are rare..really rare

The GOOD news is that, at least on our server, the Imperials are still making money and buying things, so maybe it's just one of those pendulum trends that swings back and forth.../shrug who knows.
