I just can't picture the Dark Lord of the Sith endorsing that...we all know he lost it...either the darkside withered it away, or it was...damaged during his battle with obiwan

I'd have to say no.
The force runs with Leia, if Vader was on the station the entire time Han & Leia were, Leia would've (probably subconciously) sensed the bad mojo - and a woman sensing bad mojo probably won't be in a lovin' mood.
Although, if you assume they did - another discussion topic would be "What did Han leave on the door to warn Chewbacca not to enter the room" in college it was a tie, in SW......... ?

I say this because we go from a missed kiss to "I Love You" fairly quick (and yes Im taking into consideration that they were on cloud city for days or weeks). Granted she was worried Han was going to die (in the carb)but to fall in love over a missed kiss? "Did it"? maybe, maybe not, heavy petting or something of the like I would say must have happened.....

Oh sure, knowing what we know now, but at the time Luke was thinking it.
On a side note, what world do you live in that a girl has to do it in order to fall in love with a guy. I'm not a prude, but she could've liked him for his personallity. Perhaps, maybe, Han was right she needed a little "Bad Boy Loving" and she realized it too late. Or perhaps she just said itfiguring he was going to die anyway, so a little white lie and poof, he feals better about the whole thing.
