The reason said post was posted here is pretty obvious.

Armorsmiths will need schematics quickly, and smuggler will be able to supply them quickly. Also don't forget that 90% of armor sold is... get this... SLICED! Guess who does that?!?!! SMUGGLERS!!! Wow. Who woulda thunk it.
