Good stuff.

I think there might be one missing though, in between GreenMarine announcing the second (ie, the one we got) slicing system, and his leaving.

I seem to remember him actually admitting it was "Plan B", which pretty much demonstrates their lack of design, thought, and even an attempt to give us what was "In Concept".. Let me see if I can find it...

EDIT: Oops, nevermind, there it is, right in the same place where he announces the changes. My bad! For some reason, I thought I remembered it as a kind of "Well, yes, this system isn't what we originally wanted, but it's Plan B" type justification post by him.

well done Arsani, er... Zombie Arsani... whichever you are

i've come up with a new way of thinking, which may help me remain with SWG and have fun.
i call it "opposite thinking"

basically whatever is announced, i assume the opposite.
so if a dev comes in and says "hey we've finally got your revamp done! i'll be on TC soon!" i'll automatically translate that as "hey we haven't worked on your revamp yet! it'll be on TC never!"

or if they say "we realize that is a bug, and we're working on fixing it as soon as we can!"
i'll translate that as "we had never heard of that before, and we'll probably forget about it before i'm done typ... wait, what was i gonna say?"

you get the picture...

i dunno, but this line from GM about the new slice plan needs a QFE:

We may have to tweak the drop rate a few times to get it right.

I'm really afraid to see what their idea of "tweaking" would entail. Because knowing them, it could be anything from nerfing Last Ditch to asking us to bend over again while they break out the KY.
