I for one will stand up to them from here on out. I will not let their half wittted, dismissive responses get by. They brought it upon themselves everytime, and everytime cooler heads have prevailed.

We gave them respect that they did nothing to earn. That got us pissed on. You know the whole, fool me once fool me twice saying. Well it's high time we start remembering it.

Thanks for the good conversation Zane! I totally understand holding their feet to the fire and not forgetting what they have done to us. But if we act like we don't ever want them here then they won't come here. If they don't come here they are bound to do something bad like nerf Feign Death the way they did. It upsets us more, the cycle continues. But they have all the power in this relationship, and as such we have to try to get along the best we can so we can finally see some loving come our way. In the most negative way possible, they could take our current attitude that we are entitled to and use it as a lame excuse to never help us, on top of whatever other excuses they may also use. It would be nice if the other professions would step up for us for a change. I was totally hoping for more correspondants to jump in here and offer condoloences at least. But we only feed the problem if we are going to antagonize them nomatter what they do. I understand where you are coming from, but challenging them when they have all the cards and with the Jedi controlling them, it probably won't help our cause at all.

Before this latest nerf, the smuggler forum was almost entirely positive - especially since the bit of love we got with FP caps. It was an ideal condition for the devs to approach us and talk about the future of the profession. Instead, we got a stealthy nerf "communicated" in just about the worst possible way. Being reasonable and approachable didn't help us avoid that nerf, or even get the courtesy of a proper dialogue, in the slightest.
