I think its something to do with seeing the CU in context stuff, and then getting the CU only to find out it was far more simplistic eventually (remember them talking about concentrated and dispersed damage, and settings on guns... and then all we got was fixed damage outputs, kinetic and energy damage with a bit of elemental.


hopefully they havent done the same thing again and "streamlined" the process. The reason we wanted something new with slicing because it was so oversimplicised.

nice, any info on when they are going to balance pass turrets, you ethier have to expolit them or leave enemy bases standing therfore crippling the GCW. Oh and info on the GCW revamp would be nice.


I kinda knew about the smuggler revamp split up. good to know it's nearly finished they just have to write the dialog

Actually, what was explained to me was better than the mini-game type crap that's on the IC board. It's similar, but I think better in the long run, as the mini-game is going to get really old, really fast for us. So, fear not!



I'm glad everyone enjoyed my info! I had a great time over at the SOE and LucasArts booth.

You rock, Veela Shame they didn't say anything about fixing Jedi population dominance in PvP


I saw this one battle the other night, about 20 Jedi and AT MOST 5 regular professions fighting. I'm begging to be speechless here.


Veela, I've killed 11 Jedi solo, 2 knights by well timed DB's while they fight PvP, and stood toe to toe with a knight solo until he ran off. This was done in about 6 days. Yea, I'm braggin', but I think I'm a pretty good BH. I'm not too sure how long I can keep playing though because being motivated by anger isn't something I do.

Use your anger. It brings you such FOCUS in a game where it is easy to be distracted by nonsense.

Actually, I did talk a bit about that, but I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it. There was a particularly interesting conversation about Perma-Death, and why it can't be re-implemented (I now understand the 'why' of it much better.)
