Ithink its a good idea but i think ...

A- it would hae to be a master skill

B- you would have to remain still to use it

C- get this, the more npc's in the area, the longer it lasts! (can hide longer in a big crowd)

dont wanan have dablers using this skill, i think having it master is reasonable.
