I klnow, what is happening to you is unacceptable, specially since that new patch make it obvious it was not how things were supposed to work.

Since in game tickets do not work, have you tried posting on the CS forum? Or PMing Tiggs?

On the launchpad it mentions something that sounds like this as a general problem for Chimaera, maybe farstar has the same issue?

I lost 74 elite points when I respec'd. I was almost a triple Master...and I did get a message stating I would lose my points, but that was day 1 of the CU being live. I believe now, it doesn't say you will lose them.

If you couldn't move when you logged in, it meant you had negative SP, and they made you respec immediately. Same happened to me...and it's a guarantee that you will lose points...you have too many elite skill boxes, you're not going to be able to use all of your elite "points" post-CU.

That's how it works. A lot of people don't understand that, but that's how the cookie crumbles. Then again, maybe I didn't 100% understand what exactly happened to you, but this seems to be what's happening to a lot of people.

Someone in our guild lost all her skills (including crafting skills) during the respec process... 3 CSR essentially offered condolences, the 4th restored all the lost skills. My advice is to be polite and persistent.

YesI lost every single skill, confirmed and lost every single proffession I am now on my 5th ticket, all polite. All stating exactly the same thing peretty much, and I continually get told that 12 hours respec will hopefully sort ma problem, Yet with no respec points obviously I cannot get the problem sorted.

Holy crap, so you actually re-spec'd your toon, hit OK, and when you said Yes it revoked all your skills?!

Yeah, that's a CSR ticket. I'd be royally pissed.
