it's a modded pistol, with random loot stats, it is loot off of the N-K Necrosis (Genera Grievous). Random loot. Along with MOST of the other named weapons, like the Covert Retalliation (HVSR with mods for BH) and the LiquidSilver L7 (either a scatter or renegade, can't remember)

I have it, got it from a Jedi friend (no they aren't all bad) 
it would be my favorite pistol if the range wasnt 25m. My stats on it are about 420 mod DPS (sliced it)
