Thread: An idea for Starsider

I've actually been building a website and pre-ordered some members for a smuggler guild on Starsider.Also, witha flagship.
The only reason we haven't started yet is I haven't picked a city I want to play it in.
Your going to have some competition on your hands I think.

And for those who may have trouble deciding which guild to choose...my character recently lost an eye to a burst of white phospherous to the face. Beat that. Yarrr!
Mine still has both eyes. So I guess that means I win? 
Seriously though, my Smuggler is pretending to be a high-class merchant and has lavish parties on his luxury yacht to disway people otherwise. It also serves as a good way to get merchants drunk and spill when and where they next shipment is taking place.
Next thing they know is their transport is being attacked by a YT-1300

Well I gotta remain the good-looking (ha!) Rodian that I am to charm the merchants
And in answer to your question, a turf war would be fun at some point - RPed of course. I don't just PVP for the hell of it!

and definately rp turf war. A constant pointless guildwar wouldn't be any fun at all. Now, just gotta make sure tee and Jaim are with me, then recruit a few more pilots and pirates....

Sweet! Will be nice working with you! add Rieko to your friends list and keep me updated, if we are clever about it we could to a combo-thread in Starsider looking for recruits, forcing players to pick sides! lol!

Also if you want I can make you a half-decent website for your guild. WE aren't talking shockwave or anything, but I'm pretty handy with web graphics and layouts using simple html

Thats what POBs are for And you don't have to have mad combat skills to be a pirate, we'll need a fence for our goods, and a shipwright to keep us flying.

And if you ever wannafinish off Jaim's flight certs, I'll even fly your wing in a krayt to get you past missions (since I already know you can fly well, you don't need the 'learning experience')

And if you ever wannafinish off Jaim's flight certs, I'll even fly your wing in a krayt to get you past missions (since I already know you can fly well, you don't need the 'learning experience')
Tis true. My guild is initially looking for Merchants and Smugglers, but will take any prof because there is always a needfor others like Dancers, BHs, Shipwrights etc. It all adds to the RP!

I'd be up for that. Specially since my last guild went belly up after the CU and I am currently unguilded. Just started to work on my pilot skills too coincidently.
