This is what I think all player bounties should be like.

One on One, no one else, in either group, gets a TEF on either of the two combatants. No grouping up to gank the mark.

No one, while the fight is going on, should be allowed to heal damage, states, or DoTs of either party fighting. To keep them from "pwning", our "noob" butts because they have a Doctor performing surgery on them while fighting us.

The Hunter should be allowed to loot a player specific trophy, in the case of Jedi, the Hunter gets a Jedi Braid, in the case of Smugglers, the hunter gets... I'll think that one up later.

The bountyhead is based off of both the Hunter's PvP rating, and the mark's PvP rating. This would helpkeep the powerfull hunters from preying on the weak, and weak hunters from accidentily getting a mission for the powerfull marks.

don't forget that we have the official SWG pause button, /feigndeath. I'll be damned if I am gonna let some BH take me out. Wounds can be healed. New armor can be bought if that is the case, but I will fight to the end and if I realize I can't win I will play dead and sit back for a little entertainment as mister BH has a temper tantrum. And of course all of this is dependant on if we ever even see smuggler bounties. I am 110% for it, but I am doubting it will happen.
