Not suggesting you destroy your crates, but lets be realistic.

Drop rates will probably be increased (created)forthese kits, since they seem to be non-existent atm.

Sure would be nice to have a dev stop bythe smugforum and respond to some of these questions/concerns.

They do when a dev already said they would... or we get noisy.

That was an awesome post. This should go up in a museum somewhere illustrating what AOL was like in 1994. Or perhaps a bulletin board evolutionary chart. That guys post would be at the very beginning, or maybe the second evolution since he did use his space bar...

I don't play on Starsider. If they're having problems then perhaps a fix will be specific to that server. As for the announcement/patch forum, there was no mention of a hotfix to make auk/wuk crates salvageable when I checked this morning.

I have a HUGE tip for you. Go and buy up all of the crated Weapon and Armor Upgrade kits that you can find. They will push a patch out that will allow you to convert all of these that happen to be in the crate. These will convert into simple kits, finely crafted kits, and some of the highly rare components.

After you get these, charge an arm and a leg for a full 100% customization slice. I'd push for 300-500k a slice. Once you use these rare components to make alot of money, then just PAY for these kits from friends who loot them or the trade forums.

That sounds just as bad as when creature mounts first came around. Cripes if your that strapped for credits then you aren't using your head. I made two million today easily.

Personally Im giving it a week. Then I use up my token respec.

Let me say it again. I made two million credits WITHOUT price gouging/ripping people off. Killing stuff to get things is not hard. I have a vendor full of loot components to prove that. Tedious, yes. But definitely not hard.

I have been paying people to give me components, Meaning I PAY 275k to get the three components for a slice. I charge 400-500k a slice.

And having vendor full of loot is beside the point, I wasn't one of those who stocked vendors full of components prior to the change in anticipation. I have gone out and hunted and bought all the components I need for my slicing. Yes there will be a huge surplus in components in a few days when they add the componens converting properly, but that is not going to dictate slicing prices going down to <300k.

Check the patch notes for the july 5th hotfix. It says double xp will be turned off and crated auk/wuk will now give a radial option to salvage when removed from the crate.

Right, that was the first thingI checked when I returned from work (several hours after initially checking)and much to mysurprise....there's a July 5thhotfix thread.

Too bad I didn't have a late night of drinking, then I would have woken up much later in the day.
