2 questions...what have you been smoking? And where can I get it? smuggler/BH is the ULTIMATE underworld template.
Sorry, no spices for me, I am not my own best customer. Only thing I smoke is a good cuban cigar now and then, so this mightrequire some smuggling on your part if you happen to live in the USA. Otherwise, try a Romeo et Juliet. They are nice and quite affordable.

On topic: My approach to Smuggler RP wise isto avoid trouble, not to look for it.And IMO BH are not really part of the underworld. Mind you, they even hunton behalf of the authorities. Only thing worse is BH/Jedi, but you even see a lot of these nowadays.
Just my two cents so don´t get all excited.

People who have done the template have told me they did quite alright hunting jedi actually. I'm going for it myself. Since there's no actual smuggling system, I want something to keep productive, without giving up my precious smuggler tag. I refuse to give it up, being a smuggler is what drew me to this game.
So far my plan is to eventually convert to MSmuggler/MBH/Medic 0020. I wear some +17 healing efficiency shirts which help me a lot too. I was considering leaving Medic at 0010 and keeping two boxes of the Rifles tier of Marksman, however that's useless and probably won't make me good enough with rifles to justify keeping those boxes anyway. So I'll probably just stick to pistols.

MBH / MSmuggler / Novice Medic 0-0-2-0
That's quite an effective template. In fact it's an Advanced Tank template.
-Center of Balance - +250 Defense
-Imp. Duelist Stance- +250 Defense
That's a total of 500 defense and this is the same as Force Aura.
You have Low-Blow a nice -40 combat speed debuff....
You have two dazes, some of the best in the game.....
Overall you can control the flow of battle, dish out a respectable amount of damage and tank...

I have gone MBH / MS and am loving it. great for PvE, havent done any PvP yet (still stuck on a dial up connection for a few more weeks before getting broadband at last!) The content for BH with the mission terms, and now great slicing loot make this combo a good one for me.
