Thread: Smuggler are UBER after Publish 19 (for REAL). This needs hotfix ASAP!

No. At the ryat trail there is a spot where you cannot be attacked cause system always gives the enemy "you cannot see target". Jedi use this exploit to duck from BHs.

But you do not really have to care abaout damage as long as it is higher as regen rate on targets health. You have plenty of time.Maybe this even prevents jedi from using AI. Have you tried wearing armor? One would think that a decent set of armor would be capable of holding back enough damage that you could just regenate and keep ahead of your attacker.

For everyone not understanding what this thingy does:

Jedi can healduring knockdown, but not anytime while dazed.
To OP: this along with chainrooting is being fixed next pub.

Yes, they can heal while KD, but they cannot heal while Dazed. That's the whole point of that special. The target cannot attack, heal or take any action. Panic shot does not Root, however, that is why you need to do the firearm strike to keep the target on his/her/it's butt. If you are a BH, you can do Underhand shot between Panic Shots for the same effect.
That being said. You don't NEED to do this to win a fight. Use Concussion Shot and stop firing. Call your Detination droid and blow up your target. Follow the explosion with your Panic Shot to prevent a heal and then hit with a high damage shot. This should kill your target.
IF you are attempting to use the Panic Shot "exploit" while in PvP combat with mulitple enemies... you're retarded. You won't kill your target fast enough. His buddies will be on you in no time. Then once you turn on them to defend yourself, your original enemy will be back up and moving. Plus... if a Jedi was smart...*cough*... they would continue to use the "duel exploit" Once mezzed, duel your buddy. One shot and your Daze breaks. If the guy is using Panic Shot as his default..... Call for help. You should have enough time for a buddy to get there in time. We all know Jedi have a little black book of all their l33t friends.
If you aren't a Jedi, why are you running around doing PvP solo? Role play? That's fine... but expect to get hammered some times. No decay in PvP death, so who cares? Worried about your combat rating?.... omg... who gives a fart??? Rest assured, there will be a Daze timer put in. Relax.

GO AWAY JEBI, QUIT SAYING EVERY CHANGE TO US NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AGAIN OR THAT ITS TOO UBER TO STAND. GEEZ , maybe the Jebi can just do our revamp and totaly remove us from the game!

Strange sentiment. Your demanding it be fixed ASAP but your a true smuggler? I would think you would take advantage of it while you could as I'm sure they'll fix it and break something else before very long. How exactly is it game breaking for you, if your the smuggler anyway? Are you demanding they fix the commando weapons as well? I am the same template with command and smuggler and you don't find it unnerving that when you use a flame thrower half the time the mob gets back up because of the fire damage? And nothing like trying to use a weapon that can backlash on you and AE everything in the area. I end up using a rifle alot of times to keep from pulling the whole lair. I could get the same result by tossing a grenade which Idon't even want to get into as far as being useless. I don't think the Jedi are as worried about the smugglers as they are the BHs who are tracking them. Course I'm keeping commando just because I loved it pre-cu and I'll stick with it post-cu, no matter what happens. ASAP seems excessive when they've just made massive changes to slicing and now we've, the smugglers, got to get the new equipment to make the slices possible. I hear the CHs have it even worse. Seems to me the grass is still pretty green on this side of the fence but hey, I'm just a smuggler trying to get a nut.
