The gambling table has been in the game since launch and can be found in the likes of the Luck Despot. They've always had a "Use" option that never worked, and /joingame doesn't seem to do anything. So the loot ones might not have any intended function at all other than being furniture.
Although, since JTL there has been a new gambling wheel texture included in the files. I also noticed in the Pub12 files, although I don't know how long it's been there, some text string data for a game called Sarlacc, which seems to be similar to the Jubilee Wheel (roulette), but have big jackpots (if you lose, your money goes to the pot).
Of course just because they are in the files doesn't mean they will get used, and it is probably more likely that they are there for the Hutt Casino, but you never know.

Still, even if it doesn't work, the table looks awsome in my Nova Cruiser.

And one thing I'd like to add... while it's odd Smugglers are crafting furniture (of course, it's odd Chefs are crafting untesils), I'm glad we atleast can craft something worthwhile. It's nice to get a tell every now and then with someone wanting me to build them a Bubble Tank or Gambling Table, and not just asking for a slice or where the nearest Smuggler trainer is.
I only wish we could make factory schematics with this item. My Smuggler shop would finally have something good to sell.
