As much as i like the idea...

Think about it, with in the first few days (if now hours) you'd have a couple smugglers working with BH to trick jedi (which i'd have no problem with). Then no one would use it again, cause they'd always be afraid it was a trap...

I do think the idea of lowering someone's visibility is cool though. I also think we should be able to quickly chage someone's overt status back to covert (at least for a while). Kind of like a fake id system.

but i'm not getting my hopes up
