Another Jedi publish... because they haven't gotten enough attention over the past year.
No publish on June 28th at all.
Then on June 29th, after people get impatient, Tiggs will announce, that some players seem to have missed that Publish 19 hat already been published on 06-21-05:
Version 0.124731 (aka Publish 19)
Players who have completed the Clone trooper armor quest but have not yet received the X-Wing hologram will receive the hologram in their inventory the next time they log in.
Fixed two separate issues that were causing players to crash to desktop.
Smuggler issues will be addressed soon. Not necessarily in Publish 20 or 21, but really soon now. Along with Squad Leader. And Ranger. Oh, and the broken quests will be fixed as well. And we will get capital ships. And new content...
But at the very least, we can count on that a few more animations for Jedi are being implemented.

Just like the last batman movie, I went in expecting the worst. Hopefully I will get the same surprise that I got with Batman:Begins and think that it is the best release ever. But that is one thing I won't bet on.

The Devs always do the opposite of what I say, just to piss me off. So if I say that they'll make it in Pub 19, then they will delay it, and you'll all be mad at me. So I'd better shoot for the safe answer.
Slicingwon't make Pub 19. It'll be in 20 or 21. It'll be so riddled with bugs that they'll disable it until Pub 25, when they'll fix just enough bugs that we can use it, although we'll have to do some really time-consuming extra steps to get it to work, meaning it won't be worth doing. They'll give every Smuggler pie and beer to try and make up for their bungling, but they'll be buggy too, and we won't actually be able to do anything with them except look at them in our inventory. And the icons for them will be messed up, so instead of seeing pie and beer, it'll just be two "default appearance" rotating black cubes with question marks.

Thats not a publish - thats a hotfix.

server down for 10 hours
sliceing "fix" but still buggy
concussion shot gets the nurf
and jedi get a bunch of stuff
