it is also rough to swallow for someone with dial-up and completely frustrated that the patch 17 TRE file is so rediculously huge that I can't even get it halfway downloaded before my connection resets every three hours. Have you people ever heard of auto-resume?

So now I have to wait until Sunday when I can tote my hard drive over to a friend's house who has a 'real' internet connection so I can update and get 2 days of double xp instead of 4. All this so I can endure the same frustration come next patch....did I mention auto-resume?!

I would love to have an auto-resume on launchpad, lemme tell ya. Not because I'm narrowband, but my internet connection can be a bit tempermantal and iffy at times because, well... Uhm... My connection actually is narrowband, but some of my neighbors seem to want me to use their cable connections.

I've been thinking of sending 'thank-you' letters to their printers, but I figure that would probaby make the connections a bit more iffy.
