Thread: How many of you are pilots?
Smuggler Alliance Ace... have always loved space flight sims.... was hoping being a smuggler with JTLmight be something like the old Privateer I and II games.. there is still hope.

And I still us my tier 4 fighter for hunting, till I have the cash for a Krayt or Firespray....
Need to just go run the Vette mission and then I can finally pop my YT.

Droid Programs are a must at Tier 4... you will not get far.... I made it that far without, but it was a drag, you will wonder why you didn't use them before....
I ravenously consumed JTL when it came out... And I haven't really gone a day when I connected and didn't blow something up in space since. Heck, I commandeered a guildmate's house for my own use because my stock of high level parts was causing my YT to get too full on a regular basis.
I've been cruising around in a Bel-22 that I picked up and, while I don't generally like to boast, I'm really pleased with its performance andI'm proud enough of it thatI feel I haveto share it with someone. Apologies to those who find this uninteresting.

yep and I'veheard ofthem going as high as 17.5 even 18, so I've "heard" but never seen. But like I said my YT is ONE of the fastest on MY server.

3433 Smugglers alliance have died several times trying to pick up the cargo in lok take it to dant pick up in dant and then run like hell! I've died 4 times so far i just can't beat waves of 4 tie advanced/interceptors w/shields that are concurrent with the wave of 4 awings taht come from rsf after the hutt ship.
I hate A-wings, Tie's w/ shield!

i tend to use my krayt more than anything for sheer power in pve and amazing shields which several tier 5 ships struggle to get through.
Oh, yes! Mastered pilot for the Smuggler Alliance a couple of weeks after launch. Recently mastered Storm Squadron on another server and just needinga few hundred thousand xp to master Smuggler Alliance again on Starsider... all solo.So yes, I like flying. ![]()

This is a known bug but can be worked around. Nestle in among the docile Hutt ships and fire off a couple of salvoes at the Rancor Clan to get them moving. After some initial maneuvering they'll start firing at you and since they're such lousy shots they'll hit the Hutts as much as they hit you. This will make them wake up and join the fight. It makes it all a little easier.
