/alias smug /handshake;/emote gives %NT the Secret Smuggler Handshake;/pause 03;/evilgrin;

Everytime you type /smug when clicked on someone you give them the handshake.

Just copy and past the line above from /alias to the end and it should work perfectly everytime you type /smug Ta-da.
