I love statues, drawn from afar or not. Their existance in game allows my guild/city to commemorate a wonderful guy, sadly deceased now, with a memorial that will hopefully last aslong as this game does.
While of an entirely different nature, hopefully Smugglers will one day be able to go past these four and think of the times before Smuggling and know that these guys (and the devs) didn't labour in vain.

I hope so. And yes they are nice to have regardless, for the memorials of any kind.
But when the sun's coming up in the city, run up to the statues, so they all get drawn, then run back to the other hill in the center of town there, and look back at the statues. It's a pretty neat sight.
