Let me tell you what i did, I sliced a Krayt enhanced flamethrower a while back good slice 33% damage slice so it was only gonna be the typical 3300 creds right, well this guy said he had tipped me, but he didnt, I always ask that you tip me in the trade window so I can confirm the deal and close on a good note, and thanks them for their business, well this guy did not want to pay and I checked he did not tip me I knew how many creds I had, so I refused to give him the weapon and started walking away, and said if you do not pay ill sale the item, he got mad and started calling me names so I started spamming selling krayt flamethrower sliced for damage, so he finally agreed to pay me after I told him I had a buyer, but i told him that this guy offered me 50k for the weapon and that in order to get his weapon back he would need to pay 53,300 to get it back, after some more words he agreed, after it was complete I told him that there was no buyer and Never try to hustle a smuggler or youll pay. I hope he learned his lesson.

I think a Black List can be a "word of mouth" idea, where you can choose to use or not. I personally like the idea. I'm not that much into slicing as I use to be but I'm sure I've been taken advantage of by customers who "said they've paid me".
I can't add to much accept you worked hard to get to be a smuggler. Don't get ripped off. Post your procedure in your profile (no prepay & and your rate), tell it to them before you slice.
If they don't pay you keep the item(s), it's as simple as that. They are in the wrong and I doubt a CSR would rule in favor of them.

If they don't pay up, just keep the goods. They can't do anything to you. The logs are on your side. CSR's will only rain hot death down on them if they call them. You could get some nice weapons for resale that way too.

/addignore works just fine with me.
Next time I see them:
Ima Badcustomer says: "Slice my gun!"
I hear: " "
/denyservice works as well if you have vendors (though it requires the person to be targeted). Plus I always add them to the ban lists of any public structure I admin.

Damn that's cool man good work. For someone who could afford a krayt flamethrower why try to screw with a street smart smug. I would love to be able to dismantle a weapon and give it back to a bad customer in pieces.
The bluff worked my man I can only applaud your ingenuity. You must have a bit of Ferengi in you.
