lol yeah some days i feel like i should just give up slicing, cause sometimes it really feels like i'm letting down a lot of people. Then I realize that any slice improves the weapon. I don't know when or where the perception that there are bad slices came from. Some are just better than others.

Anyway, with specialized weps I've gotten just about the same results as anything else, complete randomness. Most of the special weps I slice are Nym Enhanced VK's, and the weaponsmith is pretty pleased with the overall results, so much so that he keeps coming to me instead of his guildie smuggler (only came to me one time when he couldn't get a hold of his guildie, then it just snowballed).
