Yay, Tiggs in the Smuggler forum. *hands pie*

But with great pie comes great responsibility - here's an actual community relations-related task.

Is there a way for players to gain some insight into the actual bug/issues (internal) reporting process? Some incidents have been quite disturbing lately - here's what I'm talking about:

1 - the Armor Break issue (Tuesday Tips thread) where Thunderheart first claimed that everything's working just fine and was "tested", then caved in under the pressure of extensive info and data posted in the thread, to finally say something along the lines of "thanks for the great info, it'll be fixed". The problem here is that this issue has been reported multiple times (with full data) in pretty much each and every Live issues thread (thus probably in-game too).

2 - a direct quote from the GCW correspondent regarding Fan Fest GCW devs:

"They seemed unaware of the turret issues, despite three threads about them in the Corr. forum. I made sure to let them know that Tiggs should have a list with about 10 bullet point detailing bugs and exploits that need to be fixed."

From the outside it seems that (a few? some? most? all?) bugs and issues aren't being reported to the developers or whoever is in charge to process the "next step" after bugs being reported by players.

Is there a possibility of a communication failure somewhere in the whole process? Is it just terribly slow so, for example, the Armor Break issues haven't been reported yet because some bug-collecting-team or whatever they're called is still making a list (after at least a month has passed)? I've personally witnessed the first issue and it really seemed that something was, well, not quite right.
