It feels fake, but I wouldn't be surprised if some company made that as either a company joke, or trying to BS thier way into a contract.

Fake. The audio didn't quite match up with the mouth movements. Damn close though. SOmeone spent alot of time on that. Damn funny to.

The apparent original version of the Encabulator Theye even went so far as to photoshop some "old GE documents" and turn them into PDFs. Looks like that was used as a basis for the script.

My take is either, it IS a brilliant dub job, or Rockwell made it as like a morale-boosting joke. Nothing like topical humor about your job to liven things up
