I agree if as smuggler's we look at publish 19 as the date our content starts rolling in we shouldnt be disappointed when it isnt in publish 18.
I think it is good news on a whole and shows they are moving upwards and onwards with our anticipated revamp now the only people who can ruin the communication between SOE/LA and the players are us by attacking other professions or the customer service staff, this will close the door of communication.

As far as I can tell, this is the first communication we've had in this forums in months and we shouldn't blow it by getting all huffy because there is no date.
Personally, I didn't want a date, I got exactly what I wanted. Some one saying its being worked on and now its done and off to QA.
This is the type of communication I want to keep seeing, I dont want any dates, more just status reports. Dev is working on Blah, Dev is done and its headed to QA, its headed to TC.
I'm more interested in discussing the ideas for developing Smuggler further.
And for those of you who don't understand that a discussion is just that and not gospel.
Have a beer and sit in the corner.
To Tiggs and JFreeman, please keep the info coming, it is much apperciated by the majority. Ignore the minority flamers.

But nothing good till 19 AT THE EARLIEST, which could be a few months out. 6 weeks if Tigg's 3 weeks/publish timeline holds up. And she pointed out that Slicing might get bumped if it or *other* changes slated for 18/19 get bumped back to QA. So if by chance vehicular combat or underwater basketweaving (or whateverelse is slated for 18) doesn't work and gets bumped, so does Slicing, and everything else following it. So be amazed and excited if we get any lovin's before pub 20. 3 weeks x 3 publishes + 14 weeks of Jedi fixes = .. hey, what are those 4 scary-looking horsemen doing?

I think the communication from the devs on this was great and refreshing, i havent heard anything in a long time. Keep in mind all she went out on a limb for us on this one and i'm sure is keeping an eye on the way we respond to getting less than certain info here. I for one would rather this than nothing so lets try not to be jackasses about it and we can hopefully hear a bit more from the devs in the future.
