Honestly, "fence" might work, though I guess you're not really buying stolen/illegal goods and then reselling them elsewhere so much as taking legit stuff, illegalizing it, and then reselling it.. in which case whoever came up with "arms speculator" was onto something, lol.
Still like fence though. I like saying it, too: fence fence fence fence fence fence fence.

I did this for a while too. There was a weaponsmith on my server that used to sell crates of good weapons on one of his merchants at a pretty decent price - usually around 5k-10k per weapon. I would pull them all out of the crate, slice them and sell them individually on my merchant for 3x the amount I paid per weapon. Had no problem selling them.
Then the CU came, and this "master plan" backfired on me. I had bought about 2 million worth of crates to slice, but didn't get around to slicing all of them before the CU hit. Now I have crates of weapons like Jawa Ion Rifles, Gaderiffi Sticks, Stun Batonsand Vibro Knucklers. Most of these weapons are pretty muchworthless now.

Whups.
Well, that's the big gamble falling flat, innit?
Slice 'em anyway, there's plenty of up-and-comers looking for grinding toys.

I've been doing that for awhile, I also throw a pup on em just to sweeten the deal and I make a tidy profit doing it. I will also buy crate of newbie weapons (well pre-CU I did) and slice and pup em and sell em to make a profit.

I always liked slicing in "real time" on the streets face to faceand not bulk slicing for resalebut hey that's just me.
