Rofl my 5 yr old son could give us a better game / customer service then these clowns working there now. Heck my dog could show them up, then pi ss on them for all the bs they put everyone through.

We all know there ignoring us, they know how we feel they just dont care, So i dont give a rats ass if they ban my fourms account or even my damned entire account. The more they piss us off the more backlash they will have, Is it me or are all the devs/mods Noobs at there job and dont know how to do it right? And btw SOE

One of my accounts is payed till Feb as well. The other two are ending in the next week or so. July 27th and Aug 1st. My wife and I are looking for another game to play, but she's into crafting. I don't think there are many other games with player based economies and crafting professions like in SWG. Any suggestions?

I swear, Im next to leave if we dont start seing some changes.

You REALLY want to make a dent? Check out the conditions of the contract and take it to a lawyer. Most of these things are performance contracts and they've obviously not given the performance they've been promising (through threads and the like.) You might be able to get your money back. And when SOE is contacted by lawyers, they'll definitely be listening.
Oh and in case I get banned... well, I don't know any of you in game. See yas.

OK, seriously. For those of you who are cancelling your accounts. Send an actual letter to SOE detailing why. They get enough of these letters they might just start caring... and those of us who futiley keep playing would appreciate it. And who knows? Maybe one day we'll get our content and it might make it worth you coming back... then again.........

Yeah, there is definitely nothing more scary than 1/2 a clown coming at you with a bloody handful of balloon animals. *shudder* It takes decades of therapy to get over that.

dude/dudess they dont give a flying poop....you gotta understand that. YOu send it to the Devs, and it wont go anywhere. You have to find out who the VP of sales is, and get him all riled up. If the VP of sales is angry....everyone gets angry.
There is only one thing keeping my Char "Tsb" ingame....and when it is gone...so am I.

I didn't say send it to the devs. That would be rediculous. You have to send it to someone who holds clout.
Enough letters and any company is going to get a bit anxious.
