It's not numbers of posts that makes you a veteren, it's time since your forum name was created.



I am an SOE customer, now only if they'd treat me as one...hell, I'd be happy if they treated me like a McDonald's customer.

Hmmmm...I could be wrong....I just remeber being told (and, no I don't believe everything people tell me) that you got it after 3 months or something. Maybe you do have to have over 100 posts or something. I know there's a thread somewhere.....

yeah, I think it's a post-count requirement. I've been registered since shortly after the game came out, but I typically just lurk.

I think I saw that thread, and remember there being a large fight over it. Oh well. I can keep my snails pace going till I get the honor of being a veteran.

From what I just read in other posts, everyone has a conflicting view when this happens. Is it 50 posts and 5 months? 100 posts and 3 months? 100 posts and 5 months? It appears no one is really sure.

Aw, Elders should get special ones. Not just the same as veterans but with gold trim.

I don't know what the requirement is for Veteran, but for Elder it is just over 9 months since you have registered, and at least 250 posts.

There are missions in which you "deliver an item while hostiles attack you" in every profession. I still don't consider [Smuggler's Alliance] pilots to be Smugglers, nor 'Smuggling' - at least not any more than Rebel Pilots or Imperial Pilots might sometimes "smuggle", with a lower-case s - JFreeman - 10/6/04

ya those 'TAGS" just show how much time people have to sit on a forum. I guess im playin the game too much to be on here all the time. Then again people like me ranting about nothing getting there post up so they can get a whooopDeeDoo icon,...

Or they're people who have been playing the game since release (or beta) who don't have game access during working hours, but still manage to sneak onto the forums to post when the boss isn't looking.
