I don't even know if it means what I've suggested it means, simply that somehow, Stacking, or in the very least dabbling will be beneficial in a different way than it is now. Apparently saying this isn't an NDA violation but confirming it is? 
that being said some other Alpha folks I know have gone on the record as not having any idea what is going on...
