What we need to do is get a number of these actors, and name them for a developer we all know and love - like thunderheart, tiggs, q3po, etc - and each actor would say that persons catch phrase - like "soon (tm)" or "pouce" or "we love smugglers"

Would be hilarious to have a chorus line somewhere of all those people saying their most well known stuff.

Max, I think you can purchase these PEPs (actors) from an event coordinator in any hotel in any non-player city.

And Shren, I think a chorus line of Devs would be hysterical

I don't get it either...thought they had to be placed on buildable land?
