Caylin I respect your opinion greatly, but the fact that they havn't been able to plan anything with any type of certainty leads me to believe that their efforts for communication have been affected by poor planning. TH mistakenly told us "a week from monday" we'd get the combat documents!!! I'm still waiting. Its beyond me that if he wasn't certain about the CR docs why he gave them a date. He was obviously WAY off on those documents!! Seems to me he might not be delegating enough work to his assistant in this matter. I see red names all over the beta forums!! But those are from other devs. TH has no REAL reason to be in beta forums as much as he is.
I understand he might not be able to release the documents at this time and I'd be more understanding if he'd go to the announcements forums and say hey there was a long unexpected process in releasing the CR documents they are being reveiwed by all necessary parties andI'll put them up asap. It will prob be AFTER JTLS. IF he'd say something along those lines I myself would feel a little better. Its just no communication at all!!! PERIOD!! unless your in jtls beta....
Just pure and simple its poor poor poor efforts. We as a community do NOT see the "fruits of their labor." and they wonder why we get so pissy.....

Tiggs i have a little more respect for. At least she will talk to you. You may not like what she says, but at least she will talk.

That's why I'm no fan of TH, it's not that he tells us it will be this way and a while later tells us it has to be that way instead, it's his "drop the bomb and run" tactic. Whenever there have been questions asked he didn't want to hear or didn't want to answer he just disappeared. Tiggs had a bit of a rough start in here and some other forums when the first people said was "don't expect us to trust you" but instead of just ignoring things which aren't nice to hear she answered to those posts too! That's something TH never did since I joined this forum, whenever there was something he didn't want to hear or a problem he didn't have an excuse for he just disappeared and that's what I hold against him.

Thing is though,there is little to no communication from thunderheart at all,and this is his job,to communicate with us!
Im not going to post what tiggs said to me in reply to my pm(scorn and possible flames could follow if i did...
),it was essentialy nothing we dont already know or has be said by Caylin on these boards before.
What i was impressed about is from a customer service point of view she took the time to at least recognise my disatisfaction and to respond to my query,that goes a long way in my book.
