This is true. The damage doesn't show up in combat log or anything, as far as I can recall.

No, they wouldn't have just disabled them. Have we bugged this?

Yeah, on the first day of the CU I used a little mouse droid to blow up two Krayts. While I giggled gleefully, I had to admit that it was overpowered. That admission didn't stop me from blowing the hell out of a good dozen Krayts that night, though Anyone need advanced assault cores?
