we told them what to do with Low Blow. it should be a KD like it used to be.

it's kinda silly that the #1 CC profession doesn't have its own KD.

The damage PanicShot does is far too small to be the only move used. It was only doing 79 points of damage on a TK/Pikeman today and that was with my 560 DPS pistol ... can you imagine trying to incap a 3k health player when you're only doing 79 points of damage per second? It'd take weaks.







If you can spam a single specialover and over until you target is dead withno danger to yourself, then thatspecial needs some tweaking. Whether it's a smuggler, rilfeman, or even politican ability doesn't make any difference.

concussionshot imo now is worthless. i don't do much of any PvP and since it is RARE that you find a PvE hunting group that listens to 'don't shoot the target i just rooted'
i say remove the daze from concussion (reduce the timer of 40secs if they must) therefor making the concussion and panic different types of attacks and make the lowblow a kd because it doesn't slow crap down.

I'm a little confused at the talk of Low Blow and Restraining Shot being too similar to be useful? Restraining Shot slows down the target's movement speed, Low Blow slows down the target's attack speed. They affect completely different things.

RestrainingShot slows down movement speed with a snare (that doesnt break on damage) and also appears to reduce attack speed, LowBlow reduces attack speed. So they are very similar moves like PanicShot and ConcussionShot though LowBlow seems to be completly useless since RestrainingShot appears to work better, lasts longer AND slows movement
