if he wanted to put down a rumor (never really happen the way forums or) or maybe more likely try and quiet down some cross talk between the boards, he could have easily explained that or asked that we just chill out a bit. Instead without introduction or explanation he deceided he needed to grace us with "its coming in 2010".
he's sturring up more crap then he's quashing, and its hard to see that wasn't the point

No, someone posted in here yesterday about a rumor that BH missions for Smugglers were being put in, and was dropping Tanks' name as the source. Tanks merely came in here to dispel that rumor.
Have some coffee... and you may want to check your shorts to see if they're too tight.
Tanks is a good guy. No need to dump your crap on him.

He's not trolling - noone but you got stirred up - and having the Cor of the Profession such a change would directly effect address a rumor is not trolling. He is dispelling a rumor. If it starts a conversation over how much we'd still like to see it... then great. If it gets a flame from an over sensitive poster... then fine.

First off, I clearly didn't see that thread (probably had ignored it by the time names were dropped) but if Tanks had to address his name being dropped then, well, address it, either in that thread or elaborate on it a bit.
Instead, well, he came in what appeared to be unannounced and dropped his wisdom on us.. with no explanation to anyone who didn't see one post in months and months of "rumors". I saw that and i said to myself "that's nice, but, well, want to explain yourself or just looking for a fight".
If he had something to say, again, he should have come in and addressed it, directly
Instead his post looked out of the blue and trollish. If I took the bait, fine. But it was there.

I just consider it a rule of thumb that if a Corr comes here, they aren't trolling. Stealing our beer and pie, maybe. Soaking in the coolness of being around Smugglers, sure. But I haven't seen Tanks trolling about anything yet, so I give him the benefit of the doubt.
Of course, I'm here way too much, so I have a tendency to already know what's going on anyway.
