We are not charging for supplies used, we are charging for our time spent.
But that is the point to a large degree...at least the point the previous poster was making. If you want to slice in the most efficient manner and reap the biggest rewards, you must be prepared to play the game that way.
In any business, if I were to not work to reduce costs as much as possible before increasing prices, I would be extremely foolish. I make 1925 credits for 5 minutes or lessof my time. I'm comfortable with that.

Digi, I can appreciate your point of view but I don't agree. I am 100% behind anyone charging what they believe the slice is worth. It is a free market and as I have said since July -- a person should charge whatever makes them comfortable.
However, I have not yet seen anything that leads me to believe that a price change for me is needed. People can use whatever formula or reasoning they choose to determine what their product is worth. There is no right or wrong method. What is the difference between overcharging and undercutting? Perspective.

I am all for you charging what you wish. When I hosted the smuggler meeting on flurry I did tell everyone that exact thing.
You wanted to proove a point for your profit and gains in slicing and so did i
But yes, it is all perspective. There can be a doctor buffing for 10k and one across the isle for half the charge, both will get business. While one may get more then the other, both are working out profit gained.

We are a community and I try to represent that in everything I do that has to represent smuggler. Having everyone pissed at each other just makes the undercutting worse, but being able to agree to disagree and be open to others views makes it alot easier for us to get along
