i hear that! charge 4k per slice(or more!) and dont worry about the % if is not your stuff. if they dont like it or dont want to pay just do what i do DOUBLE THE PRICE! they LOVE that move. i get the cash i charge or double and all you lose is one customer. which is very easy to replace with one shout that you are slicing in theed or coronet.
