This is weird.

I've gotten my powered motivators, shock absorbent padding and trandoshan intraframes to stack. My stacks of Mando, Micro-Plating, Triggers and Cores do not have the stack/unstack options on their radials. A friend in my guild tells me his triggers and mando stacked fine.

I'm not surprised that this is the third update in a row that didn't work properly - of course with a publish cycle time of less than three weeks it's to be expected. However, I see nothing in Tiggs' post that indicates that this is one of the issues they will address, and I don't take them on faith anymore.

It's probably because you have new stuff stacked on top of one old peice. Once something stacks on top of an old loot, it suddenly follows the rules of the old loot even though new loot will continue to stack on top of it.

Could be. I had a friend bring by his stacks of triggers and mando, and I was then able to stack them all up, including my loose ones, and split off the stack to return his. Mine now have the stack/unstack options on the radials.

I'm sure I could loot a reactive micro-plating or two today on bounties, but going for simples or fines will probably involve a lot of grinding on grey mobs.

All I want is to be able to carry all my tools in the nine separate stacks needed - instead of having 38 loose bags of simples and 4 of fines.

the only components I can stack are ones that I have 2 or more piles of in my invintory when the publish went through.

I have stacked Mando Intraframes, Reactive Micro Plating and Illegal Core Boosters while I can not stack Trando Intraframes, Delicate Trigger Assemblies (which I have a stack of 17 of already and it won't stack with my others) and Finely Crafted Toolkits.

The only ones I stacked I had 2 or more piles of in my invintory when the publish went through.

I even stacked these with older components I picked up from my houses.

not true for me, I've stacked old loot with new loot with all of my stackable stacks and they all still present the stack and unstack options.

I couldn't stack anything, and still cannot stack anything, while trying everything. Might be server-to-server issue. But on my server its borked. Way to go once again, SOE. You stupid f*cks.

if you pick up a new one you can use that to stack up all the rest of them.

I had a pile of 17 del trigs that wouldn't stack, I looted one trigger on my alt, dropped it, picked it up with my other char then it allowed it to stack with all my other del trigs.

So much for a Smuggler revamp, maybe they should just rename us, it would take less time and be easy to do.
"Useless" would be my first choice as a name suggestion.

of course at this point there is no reason to revamp anything. SOE should just shut the game off.
