FYI...the B-2 "Spirit" is stationed at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. There are a few deployed overseas, but I am sure that yours came from Missouri. These things can take off from Missouri,..bomb the snot out of something in the middle east,..and return home for dinner.

Not typically, but you do have Selfridge ANG Base there so maybe it was coming in for a landing and either had a lot of weight in there or started his landing early.

I dont know about Detroit. But where I am it would definatly rise some questions and maybe cause an international affair...
