I sliced 5 E11 Mk.2s, all with the same base DPS, got 3 damge slices and 2 speed slices. I forget the exact numbers, but the base DPS for all 5 carbines were equal after the slices.

i had a -3% speed "increase" raise the dps on my renegade 18 pts, however i sliced a laser rifle earlier for 0% and the stats didnt budge

I sliced someone's Vibro lance and I forget the exact percentage nowbut it was a positive damage slice I'm pretty sure.
Anyways...the customer got it back ...and noted the damage had gone down. By 7%. The weapon did have less than 50% condition on it at the time of slicing but I've never seen a slice do that before. He bugged it in game.

Just got done slicing 5 scatters I got 3 2% speed slices and 2 8% damage slices. This is irritating, why have slicing if there is gonna be an artificial stat cap?

Well, today I sliced some Krayt pistols I made, had slices in the -6 to -7 % damage coming up alot. These actually did increase the damage though. Some messed up stuff happening with slicing.
One the guns I sliced was crafted to the max damage cap, recieved a -7% damage slice and did increase in damage. Didn't bother to calculate the actual %.

Do we have some news about a fix for this bad slice situation?
I tried some yesterday and got 1% damage 3% damage 13% damage 19% damage...
it's a bit chaotic for a master smuggler.
I stopped slicing for some time, I am afraid to disapoint a lot my customers...

Since we slice so low, why would peopel bother going to master smugglers for slices?

Any word on this? I have an incredible Scatter but I don't want to touch it until I hear back. This is nuts.
