I wish SWG was as cool as Wing Commander.....god now that was a game that had a good storyline. Devs, you reading this.....it's called content.

Funny thing is that I used to post on the forums pre beta... but then because of deployments, I stopped posting at all.

After awhile I came back (long after I started the game) and found out they purged the forums, and now I'm left behind the curve

Soon enough though I'll be a sqaudron commander or something.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

rflmao Yeah, I was a HUGE Wing Commander fan.

Too bad the "Wing Commander Online" project went down the drain before really being worked on much. (Chris Roberts leaving Origins to start his own company killed the WC franchise I guess)

*sigh* yeah... 3 to 5 where just awesome games, they even beat the X-Wing games for the story around them. Too bad... even with downclocking I cant play the first 2 parts anymore... I would end up in the asteroid field in a nanosecond... Privateer 1 was great too (2 just doesnt have the same Wing Commander feeling).

Argh! Part 5 left me starving for more...
