Actually, I am surprised Spin hasn't chimed in or Silversaber or Treena hasn't poppedby to say they are being forced into PvP for slicing.
/shrug. I guess I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. It's just rude.

Difficult to say. The devs did also seem to indicate that player bounties themselves were inherently destructive. And if ya look at the animosity between Jedi and BH (hate tells, etc), that's not an unfounded conclusion.
That said, with what SOE's been doing to try to make the game more generally accessable (ie, nerfing the very concept of risk), it wouldn't really surprise me to see this idea just up and disappear.
