I said welcome in another thread, but I'll say it here as well. Welcome BACK Goliath, or whatever name you have to post under to keep the riots down.

PS- Sorry there was so much confusion on your posting here. I'm a bit disappointed at some of the reactions here, and I hope that's all done with.

"Jedi claims of being "broken" are like saying "But my TV isn't widescreen! It's broken! My TV can't show high-def pictures in 1080i, it can only do 720i! It's broken!" Meanwhile, crafters are saying "We'd really like to have a TV that's larger than 12" and gets more than 4 channels and doesn't constantly lose vertical control", and entertainers are saying "Can we get some color instead of this B&W piece of junk?" And smugglers? We're listening to radio programs of "The Shadow" and "The Abbot and Costello Comedy Hour" and hearing FDR's Fireside Chats. We don't even HAVE a damn TV, much less a broken one or a "broken" one by Jedi standards. I'd LOVE to be as "broken" as they are." - The Legendary Solo4114

hehe, yeah Tiggs was getting beat up pretty bad for ignoring us...though I doubt doing an introduction post then disappearing again without talking to us about our issues is going to do much for her in our eyes.

Come back Tiggs...engage us.

I didn't think I needed to babysit this thread, while I do not post much in the profession forums it does not mean that I am not reading them *lurker*.

This thread was meant to introduceyouto someonethat is as passionate about the game and Smuggler profession as you are that works for the company (not saying the rest of the Dev team isn't as passionate). You do have a correspondent that is here to gather your feedback and concerns and pass that on to TH and I and we take whatever issues he presents to us to our Dev team meetings.

The problem has been raised lots of time Tiggs, we don't know what the issue we provide to you become, we don't know what the your dev team meeting decides about the issues, we don't know a single thing. And that's why we keep on teasing you. I asked it before, i ask it now, and until i get an answer i'll ask it again. What happens to all these issues? Can we have a status of pending issues? We do provide feedback as mush as we can, probably even far more than you can handle, but if we don't even know if it's being considered tell us why we should go on?

Aren't you fed up ebing asked about the crate auto-pulling issue? i'm sure you are at least as much as i am about asking, the simplest way to get rid of redundant questions is to answer them.

We're not talking about revamp matters, about breaking the CU NDA, we're talking about bugs being adressed; or at least acknowledged and inserted in a schedule.

The best way to put this is I am straight forward. If we have solid information I will post it. If we don't have anything that we know is solid I will not post it at all. This goes for things that may be in the process of being worked on. Why? Because something of a higher priority may bump whatever is being worked on off the scope (temporarily or permanently). Then it will come back to haunt us in the end. I know you and I both don't want to see that. So we won't set false expectations at all. It is a catch-22 and we can totally relate to your frustrations regarding this.

Are we fed up with being asked constantly? The team knows the level of concern about the crate autopulling issue but right now there are higher priority items on the plate that I can't go into detail about. We aren't fed up with the constant reminders. We appreciate the passion that you have in your profession enough to remind us and not give up on issues you feel strongly about (example: slicing auto-pulling issue).

Hey Tiggs...

Since you seem to be playing hall monitor at the moment...

Why have you put your "Getting to know..." threads on hold? I figure you're probably busy or something...probably the same reason TH put his "19 (non) Answers" on hold...

ButI was just wondering...

Are you stalling? Hoping we'll get our revamp before you have to "get to know" the Smuggler community?

I mean...I've got my reply all typed up and saved...just waiting to copy / paste...

Or do you already know us too well?

Oh...and thanks for clearing up the autopulling thing...but still...we could really use a little love...that would make a huge gesture of good faith on your part if you could see what could be done to move that up the ladder.

Well at least we get you answer some of the concerns.

I have to admit your method makes perfect sense, but something you don't really seem to understand is that we feel not listened to. We would mostly appreciate some feedback on your side, last time we heard about the crate autopulling from you, it was some months ago to tell us it wasn't even assigned. And now it could have gone through all filters and we wouldn't know. You do some things really well, but there are others that need to be improved, and this is the most flagrant. I suggested in your thread about the /bug tool that you could list the know issues and weekly update the status.

That would be a way for everyone to know they are not forgotten, and that the issue is stil scheduled for some time.

It wouldn't be that hard since i figure such a document already exists and is watched at dev mettings. We don't need the complete doc, just one with the issue and its status.

im just wondering which dev it was that thought it was a good idea to freekenstein the rebel ships?? my first love is TIE fighters but after making jedi i created my second character and made her a rebel pilot to fly the x-wing. when i put in decent equipment the art for it turns all goofy looking. goliath i truly hope your not the one responsible for y-wings looking like the starship enterprise and the xwings turning into somehting that isnt a xwing.

the colour kits are nice but all the grahpics changes from what a xwing should look like is.... wrong.

i liked the yacht even tho i cant stand lando calrissian and nunb sidekick flying the falcon like a fighter. after walking around in a YT1300 it has a lot less space inside than i had thought it would have had.

*waves hello to the smugglers*

Hi guys! And hi Goliath!

Wanted to tell the Smuggler Community a) thank you for the work you guys do in game. As an Armorsmith, half of my sales come from sliced armor. If not for you, I wouldn't make the credits I do (neither would the smugglers who work for me).

b) Goliath, thank you so much for the great job on the Sorosuub. I'm still having issues trying to figure out hw to decorate the ship. Next to my Firespray, it's my favorite ship in the game. Hopefully we'll be seeing more beautiful ships in the future from you
