this is a great idea- having smuggler nerfed is just wrong. After all, we dont get any defenses, and our only good spcials are last ditch (eh) and low blow (kind of bugged), and they are nerfing panic shot 
they already nerfed the hell outta feign death- if they nerf panic shot were screwed
IF YOU WANT TO NERF SOMEONE, NERF COMBAT MEDICS RIFLEMAN AND TKA!
AT least they are getting rid of combat stacking though

Because its the only thing that stops me from totally sucking at PvE somedays. If they take this they damn well better give us some mods.

to the devs:
STOP PANDERING TO THE WHINNINGS OF CHILDREN THAT ARE OBVIOUSLY SPOILT!
plz think about this, if u nerf this, i also want dot pikes nerfing, headshot, mindshot etc.
