That maybe not absolute but thats just my opinion after looting hunderts of these tools .

So far I've just kinda hung around the BH Terms in Kaadara with my MSm tag up and they flock to me dumping the loot they cant use (all kinds of slicing components) and requesting a slice. I usually do it for pretty cheap if they provide all the comps for the slice they want.
I think for a Armor Slice, Powered Motivators are used. Anyone know where to get those? ICB's DTA's, RAP's, M/T Intraframes, are generally easy to find off BH marks. SAP's, FCTK, and STK's are a pain to find though. I'll try the mercs on Lok, but man... it just might be easier to buy them off the bazaar/vendor. 
What's the prices yall charging? Is it per 10% Customization, per sliced increase %, per stage, per comp? Price ranges? 10k, 100k? Come on! I'm flapping inthe wind here!

Looted shock absorbent padding from force crystal cave the other day. Got excited and spent next 2h there but couldnt loot another so it seems very rare drop indeed.

I was just told that Shock Absorbant Paddings also spawn in the magseal crates in the Aa'kuan cave. I posted a thread to buy those, and a guy told me he had just destroyed 18 of them yesterday.

Only place I've looted the shock absorbent padding was off of krayts.

I still have it personal stickied. There are some loots that are very hard to find yet, and don't seem to drop often enough from BH missions to keep a good flow going. Shock absorbant paddings have become somewhat hard to get on Bria right now, since all that drops from MBH missions are ICB's, mando infraframes, Reactive micro platings, and every now and then powered motivators.

Found a simple toolkit yesterday off of a random spawn level 25 ish Imperial NPC on Naboo. I've killed TONS of imp NPC on Tatooine and never found one though, so I don't know if it's planet specific or not.
Also there's a guy on my server's trade forums that claims he can find Shock Absorbant Paddings quite easily... so I'm going to try to find out where he gets them. Even if I have to stalk him to his farm spot... lol.
