just curious because i have been having strange things happen since this latest patch but maybe pub 14 will change it.

i never really disconnect while feigned but i got into trouble with a blurrg raptor unbuffed so i had to feign and at the time i had to leave. the next day ilog on into the middle of nowhere surrounded by red dots. for fun i engage them but of course im overwhelmed and i go to feign but nothing happens. it goes into the queue but doesnt trigger. i toss in some foods, drink, spice and spam feign but nothing. i havent been able to feign for 2 days now but i havent ticketed it yet because of the new pub coming.

another thing that has happened before this was that i was able to not"fail" feigning. that is to say, i could be incappedwhile preparing tofeign and i will still feign. things that db, never dbedme in my incap/feign state. when they first changed feign i didnt notice this but i guess it could be the result of the change?

Happens to me all the time - more so when the lag bug is active.

FD has not been and is not 100 per cent certain to work anyway.

You probably just got the same luck I have.

some of you arent understanding. i am not failing to feign in the sense that i get incapped or whatever, the skill isnt working at all. using it does absolutely nothing for me right now.

no im not talking about something that happened once and no this isnt lag. no i dotn allow them to incap me when my feign doesnt trigger, i just try to feign again healing first if i have to.i have tried attacking everything from npcs, creatures, to players. i try to feign with pretty much full life and its not happening. i try to feign with nearly no life and its not happening. i try to feign versus one enemy, nothing happens. i try to feign versus a group attacking me, nothing happens. i get the preparing to feign messageand thats it.

its pretty much like using /heald but never using a stim.

yes i figured if i get myself killed that ill be able to use the skill again but im not one to get killed

Seems mostly to be lag related to me what i used to do to combat this we turn take a step stop then FD but it had gotten better lately. I still fail from time to time but this only happens when i run into a nest of SBD on the vette and am incapped before i hit the deck.

Make a looping macro that spams it and you will FD. When you hit the ground type /dump. As I said before the only time this has not worked is in high lag (mostly the vette) or if I am taking massive damage (vette or DWB)

If it doesnt work for yo at all then you have a problem.

I used it successfully several times last night.

The only problem I have with it is I can't use my special attacks once I invoke FD.

After I stand up I can use the specials until I invoke FD again.

I just love one hit incaps!

yea, talk to a CSR if nothing works,ask them to Reset you.

I've had it fail for me alot lately

but then again I only have DF 2 so that might be why

yeah i talked with a csr about it yesterday and he said there is no workaround for it and that it is known. i guess they wanted to collect my data but said theres nothing they can do for me. i wonder if i drop the skill and relearn if itll work but im just too lazy to regrind right now.
