What Race or is their one that gets better bonus's for buying faction perks?

Don't quote me on it, but I believe that Bothans have/had a discount.

That is correct...but don't all non-human characters get a penalty when dealing in imperial faction? If so, how does this effect the bothan bonus?

i hurd humans get 1 to. but if your human dealing with imp faction u get some bad bonus or something or its worth more. i unlocked jedi 2 weeks ago and im going with a smuggler and i dont know what race to do with so i had to ask. had a twi lek but im going to switch that now. thxs every one

Humans do not get a penalty in the Empire, or Rebellion for that matter.

No species gets a discount when buying faction itself. But Bothans do get a discount when buying perks. However, that's figured in after the full price of the item, so you'd need to buy the same ammount of faction, anyway. I think thier discount is 10%, but don't quote me on that.

Thats correct. Bothans get a 10 percent refund on faction perks. Humans get huge benefits while being imperial, and there are no character penalties for rebels no matter the race.

All Humans and Zabrak have the Imperials benefits.

Of course, since the Bothan perk bonuses don't apply to promotions, transferring faction, or buying faction, there's little real reason to pick one as a smuggler. Now, if you like planting bases, that's different.
