Axob, you're going to love this...
From a guildmate of mine who went on TC today (mind you, I didn't see this myself so I have no clue what I'm talking about really
):
"Tested out the starter quest today (on TC). They have changed it alot. The quest lead you to think that you are Jedi material (straight from the start). The first NPC you talk to in the space station gives you a hint that you are gonna be force sesensitve. They have even added a Jedi fight between two level 500 Jedi up there."

Yep its true, I tried it and everyone calls you special and the rebels and the empire both want you to join, not to mention a dark jedi attacks you on the space station and a light jedi comes to your aid and have a lightsaber battle right in front of the terminal to eisely. Then you goto someone who looks like Kreia from KOTOR 2 and she helps you along. More jedi crap.
Edit> The Tutorial Voice sounds alot like Bastila from KOTOR too

Well, having said that, the actress who plays her has been in a lot of games. She's good at what she does, so I wouldn't begrudge her that

I always thought Bastila had a sexy voice... for a computer generated character.

Wow... no wonder I always thought Bastila sounded so familiar! I think I've played about a dozen games where she's had a fairly prominent role.

So at what point do they just announce that they are going to do away all non-jedi profession? Did they already announce it and I just didn't notice? I'm not sure how much longer I can standplaying this game -- revamp or not.

To go with the widespread panic on this thread, I have discovered an evil secret. Jedi will be able to pull missions on normal characters and grief them. The only way to not gain visibility on the jedi terminals is to grind jedi

Not so much panic.... just fed up with the jedi prof. screwing up the game.
As for jedi pulling missions on normal players, we refer to that as the GCW.
