Thread: Hard Hitting Smuggler?
i've taken the road of master Smuggler, master Pistoleer, and Carbineer 4040.
i think Carbineer adds a bit of umph to the nearly redundant Smuggler/Pistoleer Crowd Controller template. the 1st and 3rd lines of Carbineer seem to be the most beneficial to me.
Thanks for the input. I tried Master Smuggler (of course) and Master Rifleman with X4XX Cabineer. I wasn't too excited about the rifleman, nice dmg, but too many restrictions. I think I will try your temp out. Thanks again.

that commando stuff sounds tempting for speed though...

in fact it's quite the best on my own, because smugglers increase pistol abilities, so you must have pistoleer, and not carbineer or rifleman. and taking master marksman give you the possibility to use with efficiency rifles and carbines when you need more power or more distance. and you're lvl 80 with this template.
it's much more powerful than MBH-MS
if you don't have fs skills, just take commando x3xx. full template 250 skills points with MS-Mpistol- Mmarksman
try it, you will adopt it
pistol and smuggler share marksman pistol tree...
smuggler and commando share unarmed tree...
commando and pistol share the ranged support tree of marksman...
so you optimize the template
and then you have enough skill points to masterize Marsman which is not an elite profession, but gives nice bonus in general ranged speed and mostly in general ranged accuracy.
if i do well, after master smugg, mpistol and master marks you still have 18 skill points
