Yeah it did me too... shot the link off to a couple guildies to see what they think, but that is what I was hoping JtL would bring to SWG. It actually looked like you were participating in the war from a space standpoint rather than mindlessly blowing an ISD in deep space to watch another pop right back in its place.

By the way, for anyone who wants to make suggestions or discuss these ships with other players, I've got a focus thread up in the pilot forums right now. I'm hoping to be able to pass along some recommendations from that discussion to the devs.
Heh, yeah that was where I saw it the first time mate after you added in the link. I 'bout fell outta my office chair. I can't post there yet until I get my thoughts settled... not liking the idea of it having to be PA only, so wanna find a tactful alternative before posting there. Our guild is only 6 active members (down from 17), but the remaining six are co-workers or family/friends with alts.
I just don't see how it could be required to have a large guild to run it... I mean we are small, but would like to enjoy the content without having to merge to another guild. As far as PvP goes in space and on ground, we ally with other rebels but shouldn't be forced to give up our small family atmosphere in order to obtain one and have it crewed by both us and allied friends from various other guilds.
Won't start that discussion here, but just my initial impression. Not gonna be an easy task to keep 40 vettes from being in a zone at one time or some just camping spawns etc. I'll try and get some good thoughts together and post something positive to counter the others thoughts in a day or so.
Thanks both of you for posting that link... lets hope he doesn't exceed his bandwidth before enough can see it ![]()

Good gravy! That drove me insane with joy!
...sorry...i dont mean to cry...i'm just...so happy...
Baz Pseudopod
I was torn between frustration, joy, and lmao...
Frustration b/c whenever I've given up on this game ever getting fixed and being playable, they turn around and do something like this.
Joy because... well, it looks like we'll be flying capital ships.
lmao due to the 'infomercial' guy in the back-ground. I kept waiting for the part where he would tell me how easily it would give me ripped abs, cut my food preparation time in half, and get out that pasta-sauce stain.
